SUZUKI CUSTOMERS ARE STILL THE HAPPIEST

UK Customer Satisfaction Index's most recent survey results reveal that Suzuki customers are still the happiest.


Richmond Suzuki is pleased to announce that Suzuki GB PLC has once again been ranked the top automotive manufacturer in the UK for customer satisfaction 2022.

The UK Customer Service Index (UKCSI), which is published twice annually, carries out detailed research on customer satisfaction on over 265 organisations, 27 of which are automobile manufacturers. Suzuki GB achieved the highest score in the automotive sector following the evaluation of more than 45,000 answers from 10,000 customers, ranking them first for the fifth time since 2019, while out of the 265 named organisations, Suzuki achieved joint fifth position.

Customers who participated in the study were questioned on trust, experience, customer ethos, emotional connection, and ethics while dealing with brands. In the Automotive-specific section of the UKCSI, Suzuki tied for first place in terms of trustworthiness and was identified as the business that customers would most likely remain loyal to.

The Managing Director of Suzuki GB PLC Nobuo Suyama, commented saying: “We are very proud of our achievement to once again be in first position in the Automotive sector of UKCSI Index, particularly in the challenging times we continue to face. Consistent evolution of the Suzuki customer experience remains a core focus for us and the ongoing efforts of our staff and dealers has again really paid off.”
