The Positions:

Due to our continuing success and the expansion of our franchises in 2024, we are looking for Sales Executives to enhance the teams at our busy dealerships in the Hampshire/Surrey/West Sussex regions.

Richmond Motor Group are top performers in the franchises we represent and win national awards year in year out, not just based on the numbers of vehicles sold, but equally on the level of Customer Satisfaction we provide for our many Customers.

For the experienced candidate, these positions will offer a skilled Car Sales Executive a genuine opportunity to earn in excess of £60k per annum with an un-capped structure paying commission for; Chassis, F&I, Protection Products, Service Plans, and Customer Satisfaction bonuses.

This customer-orientated role involves the sale of new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring the maximum profitability is achieved by maintaining high standards and delivering an excellent customer experience.
